I Will Remember And I said, “This is my fate; the Most High has turned his hand against me.” But then I recall all you have done, O Lord; I remember your wonderful deeds of long ago. -Psalm 77:10-11
Today's Encouragement: When we face difficult times, we are invited to look back and remember God’s goodness. He gives us the good to be an encouragement to our souls when we talk through dark seasons of our lives. So pay attention when God brings His blessings so they can be written on your heart as proof that God is for you even when your circumstances seem bleak.
There are things that we can and cannot control. and with that, Let us always ask God to lead us to the right path. We need to focus our eyes on Him alone. let us pay attention and trust Him with all our hearts and do good things for our neighbors.
PRAYER: My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road ahead of me.
I cannot know where it will end.
Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think that I am following your will does not mean that I am actually doing so.
But I believe that the desire to please you does in fact please you.
And I hope I have that desire in all I am doing. I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire.
And I know that if I do this, you will lead me by the right road, though I may seem to be lost in the shadow of death.
I will not fear, for you are ever with me, and you will never leave me to face my perils alone.
REFLECTION: When times are hard do you talk to God? do you believe that He is with you? What can you do to be closer to Him?
